We had a wonderful long ski weekend at the Phoenix. Lots of space in the condo across 3 levels and 4 bedrooms. Fairly easy access to mountain with a short walk to lifts/gondolas. Kitchen is a bit small, but otherwise no complaints. It was great to have 3 separate doors to enter the condo as well. Reliable shuttle service to town.

This is the second time we've stayed at this complex and we appreciate the easy access to the mountain, parking, space for all of us, and the access to the pool and hot tub.

We were pleased with the space and accommodations- although the space overall felt dated (artwork , decor, colors, furniture)
However as a rental it works fine. The beds were all comfortable.
The kitchen could use a set of bowls - and while there were loads of knives, a few that are sharp are always appreciated.
We loved being close to all of the mountain and we did the hike to the top of the gondola at thunderhead and so nice without having to load a car/several cars.
Parking was so easy-great access to that thank you!
There were a few items of clothing that were under beds when we arrived and aren’t ours so we left them downstairs on the main level.
It was a birthday celebration and we had a beautiful time with our family. Thank you for the stay.

Unit needs updating but had plenty of room for our group of 10. No toilet paper in bathrooms. Shower on main floor not working properly. Tub wouldn’t hold water for bath. Several light bulbs burnt out. Trash found under beds. One twin bed fell when laid on. Looks like has been broken for awhile. Unit had plenty of seating and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again at The Phoenix.
