This charming two-bedroom condo has a private balcony with ocean views and is perfect for a family getaway or a get-together with friends. It is delightfully decorated and cozy, with enough space for everyone. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bath and a king bed. The living room also provides additional guest space with a murphy bed. After a long day on the beach and playing in the waves, head back inside to take advantage of the full kitchen to cook a meal, stay in, relax, and enjoy a movie on the living room's large flatscreen TV. This oceanfront complex is located right on the beach, within walking distance of a bakery, a cafe, a barbecue restaurant, a shaved ice shop, and a juice bar. You can also dine on local seafood at Coconuts on the Beach, a few blocks south, or take an easy 23-mile drive to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The historic Cocoa Beach Pier is three miles north, and the Port Canaveral Cruise Port is only five miles farther.

This is our second time staying at this location but a first for this unit. Neither have let us down at all! The room was clean and spacious. We did have to get the key from another location but this was not a problem for us at all as we passed it on the way in and out. The main door was supposed to be shut and locked but stayed propped open the entire time we were there. Love the underground parking with all the available beach stuff to use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect area. Not overly crowded. Access to the beach. Walking distance to food and ice cream. About a 30 minute drive to the space center and a 60 minute drive to orlando.

Check in process was a fail even after calling ahead to address previous reviewers issues. Code provided for building rings to a phone that goes unanswered, a physical key is required which is kept inside the unit.
Location was walkable to shops and good food and walking out to beach was great, minus having to remember gate and building door key every time you leave.
Building looks discouraging from the outside but unit was updated nicely.
