The host went above and beyond expectations , he made it very clear he likes to make sure his guests are taken care of !! The house was clean and easy to access ! Slept like I was at my grandma's , Hogs won and Vandy beat Alabama !! ! Couldn't of asked for a better VRBO stay !

We travel as a team. The house made it easy for all of us to stay in one place and enjoy each other after work for relaxation. Mrs. Barbara was wonderful, checked in to make sure everything was as advertised. It was more than that. The place was wonderful and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The house looks like it’s a home by itself and is marketed as a single home, but it’s really connected to another house and someone lives there. When we arrived, we were met with the horrible aroma of animals - wet dog and maybe a litter box. After, walking back toward the rooms, we were hit by the smell of marajuana throughout the hallway and bedrooms of the home. Additionally, when we pulled the sheets back, we were met with stains and long dark hair. We also found spiders in multiple places through the home. We did not end up staying there after all this and lost all of our money. The owner and VRBO will not help you or back you even though the home was dirty, smelled of illegal drugs and marketed incorrectly as a single home. It was quite late in the evening after dinner when we decided we just couldn’t sleep there and loaded the car and went to find a hotel. They say we were supposed to stick it out and give the owner an opportunity to remedy the problems. He couldn’t fix that at 10 pm at night. Neither could we. We bought air fresheners and bug spray and didn’t know we also needed clean sheets until later. We had a lot going on that weekend for UArk parents weekend, so really didn’t want to be dealing with this, so we left. We will definitely not stay here again.

Kenny was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful. It’s evident the time and effort it took to make it feel comfortable and attractive. I will be back to stay and even set up my next stay. I totally recommend this property.
