This fabulous unit has beautiful open spaces to be able to take in all that Orange Beach and the Gulf of Mexico has to offer.

Guest Registration Packets for Phoenix West II must be purchased from the HOA Property Manager, and they are not included in the cost of your reservation. This packet includes your parking pass. Parking Passes are $65, plus tax.

A maximum of 2 parking passes can be purchased from the front desk upon arrival.

-Boats, trailers, RV's, 4 wheelers, Uhauls are not allowed to park on site. We do have a off site partner we work with that we are happy to share their information.
-Each vehicle must be tagged or risk being booted/towed. If booted cost is $195 - $210.

-Extra passes are based upon garage capacity.
-Vehicles not tagged are booted or tagged; both require payment

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

This property has it all - beautiful views, 3 pools, very well kept unit, comfortable beds and so much more. The location is perfect - great restaurants in the area, shopping and many entertainment options. We spent a lot of time on the balcony - watching the sun come up, listening to the surf at night along with watching the kids searching the beaches, relaxing and enjoying the amazing view. You won't be disappointed with this property.

The beach view was gorgeous. The main downfall of the trip was Island Rentals. They failed to send a rental agreement email and then were frantically trying to get it signed. We had a good several days at the property before a water leak above was discovered. Island rentals only reached out to us to make sure we’d watch for changes in the ceiling. They had no concern for the overbearing loud fans that we were putting up with. They never offered to move us or to take anything off of our bill for the inconvenience. They instead simply said they appreciated our patience. We had these fans for 3 days of our trip. I had asked for early check in because our flight came in at 8:30 a.m.. The condo was empty two days before us as they offered us a lower rate to rent then. They told us they’d let us know the day of. They let us know the day of that they could do the standard 4 p.m.. I also asked them to consider a later check out considering our flight was not until 9 p.m.. The company responded with the standard checkout time. If you are looking for a company to do the bare minimum look no farther than Island Rentals.
