The Oasis at Orange Beach 1903 (formerly Phoenix West II) is a stunning three-bedroom, four-bath condo with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the 19th floor. This luxurious coastal retreat offers upscale amenities and unparalleled access to resort features.
Unit Features:
• Balcony access is from the living room
• Tile flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with mini-fridge/wine cooler; dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Living area includes a sofa sleeper
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom features two queen-size beds
• Third bedroom has a king-size bed
• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out
• Parking for a maximum of two cars; guests must purchase parking passes at the front desk or online prior to arrival ($60 each). Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional passes for each 30-day period or any part thereof.
• Minimum age to rent: 25 **The association strictly enforces this rule; proof of age is required at check-in.
• Strict No Smoking policy except in designated areas; fines apply for violations
• The Beachside Cafe & Bar is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays; open Wednesday – Sunday from 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

The condo itself was wonderful and met all of our needs. The round dining room table was perfect for game nights. Everyone loved the comfort of the beds. Great view of the lazy river and beach. Although the weather didn’t cooperate for beach time due to double red flags, there was still lots to do inside. (Pool, arcade, and food) The wine cooler wasn’t cooling properly but had plenty room in fridge. Blackout blinds on the master bedroom were awesome to keep that early morning sun out and allow you to sleep in a bit. Our one and only complaint was the parking pass situation. We stay in this area because we have family the lives close by. They typically stop in to visit while we are in town, but this time they were required to buy a 60 parking pass for a couple hour visit. Last time we stayed here, our guests were allowed to get a temporary day pass for their visit.

This place was everything we could ask for and more! We enjoyed every minute and the room had everything we needed ! Will definitely stay here again! I trip was very informative and reached out to make sure we needed anything! Thanks again!

The floors were so nasty that we had to scrub them so the kids could play and not have to worry about how dirty they were going to get.
