I just got back from my weekend stay and it was perfect. The location is great! Easy walk to the beach or drive to any restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, the porch was lovely, the couch and recliners were the perfect place for a rainy morning. I would definitely come back!

The property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The balcony overlooking the golf course with the ocean in the distance makes for the perfect chill morning vibes. The property manager was very communicative and resolved (small) issues promptly and very timely. We have zero complaints and would pick this property again for a stay. To add- I vacationed with friends for a girls trip centered around an event at the Topeka Moon Crush venue. The accessibility to all activities was a huge plus and very convenient!

Condo does not have a washer and dryer inside unit it is outside and shared. Ice maker broken and ice trays were substituted: 2 bags of ice were brought to us when I let mgmt know which was nice. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy.
