I brought a group down for the Delray Beach Tennis Tournament and this place was really close to the tournament and down town Atlantic Ave. It was perfect for us.

We rented because of location. Walking distance to Delray tennis center (1 block) and Atlantic Ave restaurants. The exterior and surrounding property is nothing to look at. The interior was clean and neat. Microwave over stove didn’t work but a small countertop one was available. The washer was temperamental but worked. Plenty of towels and such. Comfy beds. No dishwasher. Only one television. Hosts provided a few tasty snacks but no kitchen basics like cooking oil and spices. They were quick to respond when we had questions.

This was a great location to downtown Delray Beach. Also, right across the street from the police station so that was nice.
The place was over all nice and clean and the beds were very comfy with soft sheets.
Just lacking on some details.
Over all a solid 3.
