I brought a group down for the Delray Beach Tennis Tournament and this place was really close to the tournament and down town Atlantic Ave. It was perfect for us.

We rented because of location. Walking distance to Delray tennis center (1 block) and Atlantic Ave restaurants. The exterior and surrounding property is nothing to look at. The interior was clean and neat. Microwave over stove didn’t work but a small countertop one was available. The washer was temperamental but worked. Plenty of towels and such. Comfy beds. No dishwasher. Only one television. Hosts provided a few tasty snacks but no kitchen basics like cooking oil and spices. They were quick to respond when we had questions.

The stay was ok. I would recommend spending a couple hrs cleaning up the outside. The chairs outside were dirty as was the entranceway. Inside was exceptable but not that clean. It wouldn’t take much work to make this much more desirable.
