The homeowner lives in an apartment downstairs that has a separate entrance and it is not visible to vacation rental guests. This property is completely private.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a lovely stay at Casa de Agua during our first trip to Costa Rica. The home was beautiful, and the view of the rainforest was spectacular, rain or shine (and we had both!) Bud, the owner, was wonderful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My only regret was that we didn't have more time there.

The interior of the home is very nice and spacious. Air conditioners work great. We didn’t see any wildlife over the 4 days we spent there, but that understandably cannot be guaranteed.

We had our coffee in the morning with monkeys! This is a beautiful well equipped home with a view of the jungle. We had a very relaxing stay. The home is a short drive to Manuel Antonio and many restaurants and shops. The town's power goes out occasionally. The owner was there to tell us it doesn't last long and brought an extra flashlight and power brick for phones. He is putting in solar to solve the problem. The road to the house is a bit rough so drive slowly. Everything is as pictured.

This house is stunning and looks just like pictures! We spent a week there. It was clean, great water pressure. The owner is downstairs and is beyond helpful and considerate. The ONLY negative is that you need a car or cab to get around. But. O thing is more than 5 mins away.
We also had a phenomenal monkey show on the deck and stunning macaws live in a nest right outside. Amazing.
