Welcome to By The Wave, a charming home Nestled along 30A between Alys/Rosemary and the Big Chill, By The Wave is a beautiful home located within the quiet, shaded, neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages in ‘Old Seacrest’.

At the front of the home is an amazing screened-in porch with plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing. Inside you will find a cozy main living area with a relaxed setup for easy entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly together. Use the charcoal grill located at the back of the home to grill up some of your BBQ favorites and take a 2-minute walk down the cobblestone street to swim in the heated community pool.

The crisp white kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, a home-cooked meal, and quick beach snacks. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the main floor and the 3rd bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Off the 2nd floor bedroom is a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee, some afternoon sun, or nighttime stargazing. You’ll be surrounded by nature with large mature trees in this quiet neighborhood, while still close to shopping, restaurants and multiple, convenient beach accesses.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
