The view from the balcony was amazing. Ms Ensi gave very clear instructions on the check-in. However, check-in wasn't so smooth despite Ms Ensi doing her best effort to make it smooth due to the staff there. She responded to my queries quickly. Very satisfied with my stay.

The check-in process from the male receptionist was awful and unprofessional. Despite giving the necessary documents to Ms Ensi. The male receptionist straight away told us that they didn't receive any e-mail or documents without checking the system. Called Ms Ensi and told her about the situation, she told us that she already emailed them. Told the male receptionist that everything had been sent, we already had the room number and he still denied that he hadn't received the documents. Told us he would check with his colleague. A female staff came down & he enquired with her and told him that she had received an email about check-in. Both staff were unprofessional in handling the situation.

Het enige positieve aan dit appartement is de locatie. Helaas viel de rest enorm tegen en voldeed het totaal niet aan wat op basis van de foto’s werd verwacht. De foto’s zijn duidelijk sterk gemanipuleerd: in werkelijkheid is het appartement oud, slecht onderhouden en vies. De keukenkastjes hingen los en vielen bijna uit elkaar. De spons om af te wassen was ronduit smerig. In de gang en hal van het complex hing een sterke geur van ongediertebestrijding — en dat was niet voor niets, want er waren overal kakkerlakken en ander ongedierte.De badkamers zaten onder de schimmel, de wc-borstels waren zo vies dat we ze niet eens durfden aan te raken, en de bank was zo smerig dat we er liever niet op gingen zitten. Het geheel voelde allesbehalve hygiënisch. Voor de prijs die voor dit appartement wordt gevraagd, is dit absoluut onacceptabel. Dit is geen accommodatie die je in deze staat zou mogen verhuren. Ik kan dit appartement helaas niet aanraden.

Ook het personeel bij de aanmeld balie was erg onvriendelijk. Je werd echt weggekeken. En er kon vaak nog geen gedag vanaf.
