About this house rental
This beautiful four double bedroom villa 2 is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close. Amazing Restaurants. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coast beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. Tesla Super charging 1 mile from house.
It has 4 good size bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private south facing pool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds en suite shower rooms and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. There is one twin room which is ideal for younger children being Disney themed with bedding and soft toys.
The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered seating area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (By request and charged separately)
The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.

We enjoyed staying here. Everything was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Communication with host and management team was quick and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool.

Our stay was great! Loved the layout of the house and the pool was great for 3 kids 3 to 8. The house is a longer drive from Disney than you'd expect given the distance, due to traffic, but was in a super convenient and nice area. Quick easy drive to Publix and a bunch of restaurants and services. Host was lovely to deal with. Definitely would've appreciated nicer linens and pillows, especially thicker side-sleep ones, but the bedding was otherwise comfortable. The auto AC settings we kept having to change were annoying, but we could deal. This was overall a great rental for a mixed group of 8 Disney and beach trip!

Great layout and had everything we needed for our stay. My only suggestion would be the pool could use some updating and the screen over the pool/patio has some areas that need reattached. Great location to WDW. Would stay here again.

The villa was good but really needed some TLC. Paint coming off pool deck wall paper coming off in main bedroom overall looked good when we entered but soon realised it wasn’t as good as expected. The beds have toppers but these a sagging now, missing cutlery etc. it has 4 derroms but only seats for 6 at dining table and on pool deck. Also the coloured lighting did t work, the owner sent a new control, but it still didn’t work. The pool was cold to old for us old folk but the weather wasn’t that good. Overall a villa for a good price but could do with updating.
