About this house rental
This beautiful four bedroom villa is perfectly positioned on a gated community with views over the lake. It is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. It is 4 minutes from a golf course and 3 minutes from a shopping center, supermarket and restaurants. It is also a short drive from Kissimmee and the 192 where there are many shops. The outlet malls are also very close if you have any spending money left. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coach beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe visit Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive.
It has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool which has just been completely resurfaced in October 2021. There is also a large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining. The total plot is 0.33 of an acre. There is a pool table in the garage as well as new washer and drier. There is children's equipment including two cribs together with other equipment including a monitor.
The villa was fully re-fitted recently to a high standard and offers clean and comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to 8 (maximum 4 adults and 4 children under 16) The property has clean modern furniture and televisions, wi-fi and fresh new bedding.
There is King Bed suite with en suite shower room, a Queen room and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom.
The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered lanai area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months (BY REQUEST AND SEPARATE CHARGE)
The Reserve at Town Centre is a lovely small, quiet, gated community which offers safety and security. The development is beautifully maintained to the highest standards and set around a spectacular lakes.

This was our first experience booking a vacation home rental. Everything about this experience was wonderful. The property was as described, clean, safe gated community. Surrounding area felt safe as well. Pool was excellent, close to Disney - about 20 mins. (Traffic was busy, but too be expected on a busy Thanksgiving holiday week.) WDW resort properties are nice, however there’s something about having more than a hotel room to come home to after a long park day. Would book again.

We really enjoyed this home. We stayed here to just relax and do nothing. There’s plenty of things to do in the area but we just did some swimming and relaxing. I have been renting homes from Vrbo since the early 2000’s and I would recommend this place for sure.

Very clean and very nice pool. Giving it only a "3 star" rating because I am very experienced in using VRBO and Air bnb and have never had to buy my own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap for kitchen sink, put our own trash in cans and pull trash cans to the side of a house. Especially seeing how i paid a cleaning fee and in the listing it says "toilet paper" in the bathroom amenities. I do not feel this is my responsibility nor have i experienced it. There was a cochroach in the garage (noting but may be normal for FL).
