Relax on ample couches, binge on favorite shows via dual 70-inch TVs! Enjoy the expansive backyard with patio furniture, pool, hot tub, and sprawling lawn, ideal for group outdoor fun. Just 20 mins from Downtown Sacramento!
Guests will have access to the entire home.

Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the driveway and a Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door. Both devices record audio and video 24/7.Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
Please take note that the POOL is NOT HEATED and the hot tub doesn't have a jet. The DIVING BOARD is REMOVED.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
"For VRBO cancellations, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover our credit card's processing fee."
