About this house rental
Beautifully Remodeled 1650 square feet home. The home features 1 large master suite, and a guest suite, both with walk in closets. The home has been furnished with my personal art collection, new modern furniture, and maintains a split floor plan.
Beautiful view of Citrus Springs Golf Course, in a private backyard setting. The sunken porch has great views, and features 1 pull out futon, two small rollout beds, plus a NEW Split HVAC system. Blue-tooth & phone chargers are everywhere, in every room. Hi Speed Internet is also included.
Both Bedrooms have their own televisions, and free channels. The living room features a high end audio system with blue tooth capabilities, plus a NEW 70" TV. All TV's are Smart, and ready for streaming.
The property is on 3/4 of an acre, and is privately secluded from any neighbors. The home resides exactly 15 minutes from both Rainbow Springs, and Crystal River Springs. There are 3-4 golf Courses within a 6 mile radius.
Fully Furnished and nicely remodeled Kitchen. Every needed small ware, from spoons to cooking pans is provided for your stay. Lastly, and most importantly, this place is Sanitary. We spend a minimum 3 hours cleaning ,disinfecting and preparing the home for the next guest.

Personally, I find one of the biggest benefits of staying here...your away from everything. If peace and nature is what your after, this would work well for you.

Overall, it was a good location in a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay there. The large dip in the driveway was a problem for scraping our bike rack which required us to load and unload our bikes before entering the driveway. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, but the plastic dinnerware wasn't our favorite. One other minor complaint was that with the streaming set-up of the TV, we couldn't get any of the major channels and therefore weren't able to watch NCAA basketball and some morning news shows.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything listed was correct. It was a quiet neighborhood to spend a relaxing vacation in. All of the amenities worked great!! Very happy!!

Beautifully decorated house but extreamly uncomfortable furniture. Nice quiet neighborhood. Poorly equipped kitchen.
