We have several apartments in the building, so if you are traveling with company, we can accommodate your entire group. For families, cribs, Pack ’n Plays, and high chairs are available for rent at $25 each per trip.
For guests traveling with pets, we also offer accommodations for pets under 25 lbs. The fee is $300 per pet, per trip, plus a $150 registration fee, with all required vaccination documents provided. Please note: Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
• Please observe quiet hours in the building from 10 PM to 8 AM so all guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
• Out of respect for neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
• The pool is open during designated hours — for everyone’s safety, there is no swimming before dawn or after dusk.

The unit was lovely, very clean, updated, comfortable and the owner was very responsive. There is a lot of noise with the Diplomat next door as the balcony view faces the exterior of the Diplomat's service area (you can see some of the ocean as to sit sideways to the right). However, you do hear truck noise in and out all day and there happened to be construction going on as well. The exterior of the Condo itself is very outdated and every time we exited the unit, as we walked down the hallway there was a very strong smell of, what I'll call "tobacco". It was so bad at times it wafted into our unit. I do have to agree with the comments about check in as well. Check in for me was scary. We were firmly warned to not mentioned we rented the unit from VRBO, that we were there visiting friends. We arrived very late at night, and the security guard drilled us on if the friends in the unit, are they staying with us, were they coming, are we renting it? I honestly didn't know how to respond and said kept repeating, we are staying with friends and I wasn't sure if they'd be there or not. He finally let us up and radioed to someone that renters were on the way up. It is sad though being the unit is nice and we our enjoyed our stay while in the unit itself.

The condo unit itself is beautiful and up to date but the building interior and exterior have not been updated. We were disappointed when receiving our checkin instructions to find out that the condo association does not allow renting of the units as we were instructed to say we were visiting friends in order to gain access at the security desk. Also the listing states there is a hot tub but when we asked where it was we were told there wasn’t any. This unit is not within walking distance to any grocery stores or entertainment (restaurants or fun bars).
