Host interaction was good, we informed them of the lack of smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. House was clean and upgraded, except for the tiny toilets.

We had such a nice time staying here! Everything was extremely clean and the beds were comfy so we couldn’t have been happier! We made our reservations last minute but the communication with the host was wonderful and everything was perfectly ready for our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Super easy check in with door code, kitchen fully stocked, easy access to the most beautiful beach, and all beach supplies provided made traveling a breeze. We had a great trip! Wes and Melissa responded immediately to questions and made sure our stay was perfect!

Overall, the property was OK. We have stayed at several Navarre beach front properties in the past 3 years, often for months at a time. This was the most expensive, and perhaps our expectations were too high.
First the positives: great location & lots of extras. The kitchen was well equipped, there are bicycles (mostly working), arcade games, a kayak, ping pong, etc. We chose this condo because we were flying and didn’t want to worry about beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable.
As for the negatives, it wasn’t super clean. The shower curtain was moldy. The carpet was stained/very worn. The walls are very thin. We were kept awake by our neighbor coughing.. Lastly, we didn’t have great temperature control. The owner was responsive after the heat dropped to 63. We were given control of the thermostat. But it would be turned down frequently. We have stayed in Navarre many times in December and January and have never had such a problem with being cold. Once we reset the thermostat, it usually only took an hour to warm up, but it was a constant struggle to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature.
