RARE LISTING! This beautiful home is a must see on Lake Erie! Resting atop a 60' cliff above the Great Lake, visitors will love the epic views from every room.
The home has a lovely front porch with keypad entry. The sparkling kitchen has all major appliances, filtered water and ice in fridge, coffee maker and toaster for your convenience. Full bath, living room and dining room all on main floor. Enjoy the 65" smart tv and over-sized games! The second story has 3 bedrooms and a handsome full bathroom. Soft bedding, towels, soaps and paper products are provided for our guests.

There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a brisk walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. WITH CAUTION: This property sits 60’ above Lake Erie. While it makes for incredible views, visitors must be aware that there is no fence or railing along the bluff. Children should not be left unattended in back yard.

Spectacular views in a comfortable house provided with everything needed to feel at home! Our host Janelle was attentive and took care to ensure everything was handled smoothly. SO—We were able to tumble in after a long drive & do laundry, cook a quick meal in the convenient kitchen & prep for our gathering while watching the birds at the birdfeeder & sitting a bit at the bench to enjoy the lake view… (& later the gorgeous sunsets & the sailing brig Niagara)Over the ensuing days our very few issues were handled promptly & efficiently… So our family reunion was SO relaxing & worry free.One of our best stays ever!

This property is absolute perfection! I have stayed at many properties for business and pleasure, and the attention to detail this property has, is unmatched! They have everything you need and more. The shower on the second floor has a window where you can see the lake, every inch of this house is pure magic!! The owners are extremely responsive and so very kind! I will dream of this property forever as my family and I made core memories in this house. I cannot recommend this property enough!! But I know that any of the properties, in the care of these owners, would be fabulous, because they have thought of every detail. Just pure bliss. We’ll never be able to thank the owners enough for this magical space!
