About this house rental
Ground floor two bedroom guest unit in the large log cabin home in a private setting on Georgetown Lake. Hiking trails await out the front door as well as fishing and sightseeing. The unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied upper floors and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, patio. The master bedroom is spacious and includes a king bed, an office area and sitting area (two futon sofas) and walk-in closet. The master bath has a double vanity and no-step shower. Second bedroom is smaller and has a California king bed with full bath. (This is an interior bedroom.)
There is a futon in the master bedroom for an extra bed.
Guests have their own washer and dryer. Guest kitchen features a gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Relax on the front porch with your first cup of coffee or after a long day. Cook a meal on a propane BBQ grill.
Two parking spaces are available on the property for guest use.
There is a futon in the master bedroom for an extra bed.

Great bottom story of a two story cabin. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and space for cooking. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Great lake views and easy access to hiking trails.

My wife and I had a great time in Georgetown and the home was absolutely beautiful. All the amenities you could ask for. Extremely clean!

Restful stay with beautiful views, short walk to restaurants. My son enjoyed fishing in the lake. Short drive to Gray’s Peak and Torrey’s Peak for hiking. Would definitely stay again.
