About this house rental
Comfortable lake house with hot tub features a full kitchen, dining area, wi-fi and cable TV, gas fireplace, laundry, loft bedroom with queen bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa in the living room area. Skylight windows with spectacular nighttime views of the mountain stars. Two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with shower. Occasional views of the Georgetown Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep herd.
Easy access to multiple ski areas. Great outdoor activities year-round include trout fishing summer and winter, hiking on miles of mountain trails, mine tours, riding the historic Georgetown Loop railroad, summer white water rafting, winter ice races, ATV tours and touring the 22-mile Guanella Pass Scenic Byway.
Walk or ride to Georgetown's restaurants, galleries, museums and gift shops.
Please note that check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Alternate times are available on a case-by-case basis.
10 days is the maximum rental period.

A very comfortable place - perfect base camp for hiking up Guanella Pass, fishing and paddle boarding! The home had everything we needed. It was such a treat to paddle board and fish right from the property. Easy access to downtown Georgetown and a quick walk to the brewery on the lake.

Back again for a second year in a row. Has everything our family of 3 boys needs. Super convenient check in process. Loved the hot tub again and boys loved the board games/video games. Easy drive to Loveland ski resort for skiing. Would stay here again.

Great home on the lake and reasonable walk into town. Everything works, everything clean lots of little extras as well. Loved the guitar!
