About this house rental

Comfortable lake house with hot tub features a full kitchen, dining area, wi-fi and cable TV, gas fireplace, laundry, loft bedroom with queen bed, main floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor bedroom with bunk beds and a comfortable sofa in the living room area. Skylight windows with spectacular nighttime views of the mountain stars. Two bathrooms, one with a full tub and one with shower. Occasional views of the Georgetown Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep herd.

Easy access to multiple ski areas. Great outdoor activities year-round include trout fishing summer and winter, hiking on miles of mountain trails, mine tours, riding the historic Georgetown Loop railroad, summer white water rafting, winter ice races, ATV tours and touring the 22-mile Guanella Pass Scenic Byway.

Walk or ride to Georgetown's restaurants, galleries, museums and gift shops.

Please note that check-in is generally 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Alternate times are available on a case-by-case basis.

A very comfortable place - perfect base camp for hiking up Guanella Pass, fishing and paddle boarding! The home had everything we needed. It was such a treat to paddle board and fish right from the property. Easy access to downtown Georgetown and a quick walk to the brewery on the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had everything we needed. We did a lot of hiking and some fishing...right out of the backyard. We brought our dog whom also loved the house and area. We would stay here again if in the area. The owners are very accommodating.

We loved this house! Our 15 year old son spent hours fishing. We walked to restaurants and shops. It is in close proximity to hiking trails and awesome views everywhere we went! Having a full grocery store 15 minutes away in Idaho Springs was very helpful, as well. The house itself is set up wonderfully. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The pups enjoyed it, too. Thank you for sharing your amazing house.

The views are amazing! The house is spacious and has everything you could possibly need and more! Our family of 5 (kids ages range from 15-5) absolutely enjoyed our stay! The lake is beautiful, the fishing was great, hot tub was huge, and the location is perfect! The kids enjoyed the trails near the house, and the trails near Guanella Pass. Loveland Pass is nearby and worth the trip. The house is nearby anything you could possibly need. Nearby restaurants were so delicious! The home owners are quick to respond and extremely helpful! I honestly couldn't say enough good things about them! LOVED our stay and appreciate the opportunity to bring our family here to make memories!

This was a wonderful place to stay! I agree that it is even nicer than the photos with high ceiling rooms. Tucked in the mountains next to a lake in a quaint little town. The hot tub is a nice size that fit our family well. There's a bedroom, adjoining bathroom, kitchen, family room, & large laundry room on the main floor. The second floor has a bedroom, hall bathroom, and loft bedroom. We skied at Loveland Ski Area about 15 minutes away. We had incredible pizza at the Alpine Restaurant and Bar right there in Georgetown not far from the house. Great communication with the friendly, available property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for us. I think it is better than the photos show. Tim always responded quickly to my questions, and when he learned that we were celebrating Thanksgiving with our sons, he provided knives and serving pieces. There’s so much room, so many extras, the gas fireplace is wonderful, the lake is literally steps away, and minutes from quaint Georgetown for some leisurely shopping. What a lovely place!

Centrally located to many major ski resorts. We snowboarded Copper Mountain and it was only about a 30 min drive. Loveland is also right down the road. We only had a slight issue with the hot tub, otherwise great place to stay!

this property was perfect for our family who was in town for a wedding. We had two adult couples and a three-year-old who stated the location and it was just the right amount of space for us. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook multiple meals while we were there. You absolutely cannot beat the views or the scenery of the area. We walked to cabin Creek Brewing more than once which was a nice feature with very yummy food and beer. overall excellent rental and we would love to stay again one-day.

This house was a great fit for our 2 teenagers and dogs. We loved being right on the lake and close to town, as well as a close drive from Denver. Only downfall for our family was that the yard wasn’t fenced so our dogs needed to be leashed when taken out. Property was wonderful, owner was super easy to communicate with, and all the necessities were there.

With the view of the mountains and lake, finding a more peaceful place to stay would be difficult. The home is cozy, and has many nice features. We especially loved the hot tub, fireplace, and sky lights. There are many places to explore and things to do nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had three adult family members meet here to do some hiking including a fourteener. Check in was super easy and the place was well stocked with everything from dishes to pantry items. The location was great and everything worked. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.
