Loved the location for the 4th! Only thing that could have been better was the hot tub temperature. It would not go over 99 degrees when we were in it.

I stayed here recently with my four teenagers and we really enjoyed it! House is really nice, comfy beds, nice kitchen and walking distance to the beach. Be aware there are rock stairs down to the beach so if you have mobility issues this won't be your best choice. The hot tub is nice, location is great. We'd definitely stay here again!

The place was spotless and stylish—no complaints there! Just a couple of friendly heads-ups for future renters: First, the checkout time is sneakily tucked away in the VRBO listing. I only discovered after check-in that it’s a very ambitious 10am—earlier than any checkout I’ve ever had. I asked for a later time but was told (very politely) that 10am is non-negotiable. Second, if you tend to sniffle from ocean breezes or allergies, pack your own tissues! I made the rookie mistake of relying on toilet paper and now my nose feels like it’s been exfoliated with sandpaper.
