About this apartment rental
Sandpiper Cove is a gated community resort on 43 acres located on the Gulf of America. We are only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Sandpiper Cove has the most to offer in Destin with a family atmosphere and includes many amenities not offered elsewhere. We have a large private white sandy beach with the "Sand Flea" beach bar in the pavilion plus rest rooms. Sandpiper has 5 pools, hot tubs, 8 new lighted pickleball courts, tennis courts and a free par 3 golf course on the property. Our condo #3206 is a clean comfortable updated 2 bedroom 2 baths with a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, located directly on the canal and it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Our unit includes the BEACH SERVICE SETUP (umbrella and 2 chairs) with every rental. On the property is the famous Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant where you can dine and enjoy the evening sunsets. The marina pool overlooks the harbor plus there are 4 other pools for your enjoyment. As an added treat the Destin Water Taxi will pick you up at our marina and take you to the restaurants, bars, shops at the Destin Harbor. There you may be interested in seeing what the deep sea fishing boats bring in to the docks.
Sandpiper Cove offers a family setting without high rise elevators or over crowded swimming pools. Enjoy feeding the fish, turtles and ducks from our extended balcony, directly on the canal looking down to the Destin Harbor. Bring your swimming suits and make many family memories.

Mike was a terrific host and and made us feel so comfortable and invited. The condo has everything that you would want, and we felt right at home. The property was amazing with so many great amenities a short walk away. We will not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Mike!

Sandpiper Cove is our favorite place to stay. We have stayed 9 times so far. This condo has been my favorite! The condo looked just like the pictures, the location on the canal was great, condo was stocked. The owner was super nice and helpful! Pool and beach are a VERY short walk. It was such a great week! Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property owner was so super kind and helpful. The property itself was gated with 24 hour security. There were two places to eat on the property so that was helpful. Rich with wildlife and things to do. Short distance from restaurants and activities. Would totally recommend. 100/10.
