It was excellent! The two lovely ladies at the front desk were amazing when my husband cut his knuckle they both came to his rescue! The were pros and made his day taking care of him! The room was very clean and had alot of room for our family! We will be staying there again! It was our 2nd time staying with Baywatch the staff go above and beyond to make your stay amazing!

We all had a fantastic time. Our only issue was not enough floats in the lazy river. Other than that we will be back next year.

First night,we were faced with horrible conditions of the property that left us uncomfortable. We were in need of a relocation of another room. Which took about 12 hours. Which we are grateful for. This was very stressful time when having a vacation for a wedding party.
