This beautiful townhouse has all the luxuries you could want for a perfect vacation. It has been recently updated with luxury vinyl flooring in the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is wonderfully designed with granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The living area is ideal for entertaining and leads to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. The primary bedroom has an oceanfront balcony, and another bedroom has sliders leading to the ground-level outdoor area. Spend lazy evenings sunbathing by the shared outdoor pool. This townhouse is perfect for the entire family!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Master bath tub is temporarily out of service.
A recent fire occurred at Windsong in Units 1409 and 1410. For the foreseeable future, there will be ongoing repair work, intensive and noisy at times, in those units.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall a great location and experience. The upstairs AC can't go below 75 but otherwise the house is in excellent condition. It is super close to the beach access, plenty of parking and a nice walking path throughout the property. The balconies have chairs so you can enjoy the ocean view.

We loved this spot! Very spacious condo with my favorite long hallways and a great view of the water. Great access to the beach and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect layout

The Plantation property and Windsong community are standouts. We’ve been to AI several times, but in oceanfront single-family homes. We were pleasantly surprised by the Plantation property—great trails, lots to do safely outdoors. Windsong is a great community with an intimate pool area with few others there. There are stunning ocean and property views from each patio at 1411 (although we did not use the lower level during our stay). Living and dining nicely appointed and comfortable for evening lounging. Otherwise, the unit is showing its wear including stained and filthy carpets and rugs. Unit is in desperate need of a very deep and thorough cleaning. We cleaned again upon arrival - several housekeeping misses, including thick dust on some of the tables, sticky, sandy floors, and needed greater attention.
Previous reviewers’ comments re: carpets and unusable Teflon kitchen pans are confirmed.
We are grateful for the week we had at 1411, but wish the owners and housekeeping took better care of the unit.
