This wonderful three-bedroom home features two levels of comfort and convenience, and with its eight provided SHARC passes, it's going to be the perfect place to stage a fun-filled family vacation to Sunriver, OR! Inside, the main-level living room enjoys a vaulted ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, and lots of comfortable furniture facing a large, Netflix-enabled flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is equipped with tile countertops and small and major appliances that include a stainless steel French-door refrigerator, ideal for the family chef's next creative endeavor. Serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table. You'll love enjoying a glass of wine with friends out on the balcony, furnished with a table/chair set, right off the dining area. A second balcony includes the private gas grill, plus more seating for those fun summer barbecues.

Downstairs, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, the main bedroom with an en-suite bath and a mounted flatscreen TV. You'll also find a shared bathroom and access to the deck furnished with lounge and deck chairs. Spend the day swimming at the recreation center then come home to catch up on a favorite novel while the central AC and ceiling fan work to keep everything nice and cool. After a hot-weather hike, you can use the private washer/dryer to rinse all the dust from your clothes while you hop onto the high-speed WiFi to research a fun new adventure. The home includes plenty of children’s games and you'll never run out of fun things to do with the shared hot tub, pool, tennis and basketball courts, and sauna nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
