Off the 12th green of the Meadows Golf Course! Relax on your back deck and watch the putting or just enjoy your own tranquil, wooded setting. Off the main entry, there's a sitting room for enjoying the outside view from the inside. There several access points for the deck where you can grill, dine and enjoy the Sunriver golf. A private hot tub helps you wind down after a fun day outside. On the main floor is a large open kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen has a large island with a bar sink. Lots of natural light from large and high windows. A flat-screen TV sits next to the woodstove that keeps the ambiance warm in the winter. There is a 220v/50amp NEMA 14-50 plug and a J1772 Charging Cable ... Tesla owners will need to bring their own travel charger or J1772 adapter.
Level 1:
Downstairs is the primary Bedroom with a King bed and attached bath, walk-in shower, and closet. The bedroom has its own ductless A/C unit for your comfort
Level 2:
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one is very spacious with a King bed and a set of bunks. There's a beautiful etched window that can slide open to look over the downstairs entry.
At the end of the hall is the third bedroom with a Queen bed, dual closets, and ductless A/C.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Well situated amd very comfortable. The only negative was the washer and dryer did not work. Maintenance people were sent out but were unable to fix the problem while we were there. We did receive a credit for the inconvenience

We enjoyed this spacious, clean and cool restored and great decor home. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to town, watch the deer or golfers and lounge by the massive tv with great AC. Book it!

My family of five, plus Grandma and a dog stayed here for a pre holiday ski trip. The positives… plenty of space, everyone had their own bed and the proximity to the village was great. The negatives… this place needs a lot of TLC. It’s extremely dated and generally just lacked a feeling of care. There were only three chairs at the dining room table. The kitchen and its contents were a mess - many items broken, old and no organization. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Overall, it felt neglected and cheap.
The management company, Cascara, was very responsive, even offering to move us and refund us a night’s rent.
