This is a third-floor, one-bedroom condo that sleeps six. The condo is outfitted with tile floors in the living areas and carpeting in bedrooms. The private balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf and beach. There is an outdoor pool as well as a fitness center, a barbecue and picnic area, and an outside shower. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Berth bunks perfect for the kids are tucked away in the hallway. Extending the options further is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo comes with wireless Internet access. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or in common areas. There is a maximum of one car per property, and a parking pass is required.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It would have been nice to have a room darkening shade in the bedroom. There is too much light coming thru at night. Also we only had 1 hand towel. Another one would have been better.

Room wasn’t as nice as pictured. Definitely wasn’t as clean as it should have been when you are being charged such a fee. Floor wasn’t clean when we arrived. Clean dishes in the cabinet was dirty. Microwave doesn’t heat well. WiFi password didn’t work and what was connected to the tvs lagged quite often. Couldn’t hear the tv for the air conditioner in the bedroom anyway. Would make the neighbors upset if you turned up loud enough to hear it well. Priced as an extremely nice condo and yet it was more like an old “polished” motel room. The chair in the bedroom was extremely nasty and should be thrown out. I recommend a makeover especially with the rates being charged! Pictures posted make it appear like you have access to the pier but it is only for the Four Seasons resort guests.
