A condo that beats its description. Comfortable king bed, tastefully decorated, great beach access. Small 36 unit building, something we like. If an over the top pool and amenities offered by larger buildings is important this laid back quiet one may not be for you. If clean comfortable and laid back vibe with a small pool is your thing, this is the best. I give it a 9.5 of 10. Cons... No garbage shute, slow elevator, noise from AC on patio ( easy fix; turn bedroom to 72 then turn the one by balcony to 80 when balcony is in use) Pros, If that was all the cons I could list; the pros are a given. One word describe for us......happy.
