About this house rental
Coastal Maine beach home with both views of Nubble Light and the bold ocean! It doesn't get any more Maine than this home with 3 floors of expansive sea facing decks, pine trees and delightful interior spaces.
Newly renovated with a light and airy vibe in 2020 and recent additional updates includes new modern kitchen with granite countertops, new bathrooms, high efficiency dual air conditioning/heating pumps, all new stylish lighting fixtures, newly sanded and stained hardwood flooring, new paint throughout as well as windows, window trims, furniture and decor.
First floor has full bath with laundry and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms will offer a spacious closet and each a queen sized bed. The third bedroom with 2 twin sized beds.
Main, second floor features open concept living spaces and large deck with ocean views. Dining table seats 8, a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room area with a 50” smart TV.
Third floor, loft style, has it's own full bathroom and balcony overlooking Nubble Light. This spacious room includes 1 queen sized bed, 3 twin sized beds and a 27” smart TV.
This year round home has a breezy and inviting feel that is perfect for beachside living and gathering of friends or family making vacations memories.
Outdoor shower, a surfboards, sand toys and a few beach chairs provided for your use, outdoor gas grill and picnic area in a semi private grassy back yard area.
Prime location between Short & Long Sands Beaches.
A short walk to the Nubble, Dunne’s ice cream and Foxs restaurant and ice cream. A mile mile walk or short drive into town for more restaurants, shops and York’s Wild Kingdom.

Great house for vacation! Plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, and so very clean and updated. The location was central but quiet and the peek at Nubble Lighthouse was a bonus. Fox’s Lobster House was a convenient short walk with great food. The house has a porch and two decks. You can see the lighthouse and some ocean from the top deck. Plenty of room to picnic outside and there were beach chairs and umbrella for relaxing. The owners communicated very well and responded immediately when we contacted them. This house was perfect for our stay.

We had an amazing week at this beach house! The house is newly renovated and very clean and spacious. The house is perfect for families or friend groups with the kitchen, living and dining on the middle floor separating the sleeping quarters on the first floor and third floor loft, allowing for privacy. Great location with awesome views that you can enjoy from multi level outside decks, one with a tabletop firepit that is perfect for those chillier ocean nights.
