Located in Honokawai, Paki Maui is an Oceanfront resort property that looks out over the ocean with Lanai and Molokai in the distance. Enjoy ocean breezes, stunning sunsets, and seasonal whale sightings from the front lawn, pool area, and BBQ. This is a beautifully remodeled Garden View 2-bedroom and 2-bath that sleeps six! Brand new split system AC installed. Honokawai Beach Park is right next door with a nice little beach, grass area, and playground. Beautifully designed and equipped, this resort's oceanfront property is a favorite among return visitors.
The location was perfect for our family since it was right on the beach and walking distance to different shops and restaurants.

We have deep cleaned, restocked, repainted, replaced furniture as needed, and refreshed the unit!

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Paki Maui is a beautiful oceanfront resort with tropical grounds, an outdoor pool, jet spa, barbecue grills. Perfect for visitors who want a centrally located home without the crowds or the cost of commercial resorts. Located in Honokowai at the north end of Kaanapali and situated away from the crowded, high-rise, and expensive resorts, yet very close to the famous beaches such as Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and Honolua Bay.

Please be aware that the beach size in Hawaii may vary from month to month due to our heavy surf, strong currents, and high & low tides. Due to Maui's rural atmosphere, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although we hire professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Should you encounter a pest problem, please call us and we will be happy to address the situation.
*We are not liable for any issues relating but not limited to pests, health, security, or lost and stolen items that may occur during or after your stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and was a great location. Wish we had a beach, we were told it had washed out from storm. Lots of options close by though. Didn’t know there was no air, found out it’s pretty common. We will be back!

We stayed in this condo for a week with our 3 kids. It was well stocked and the condo is in a good location. Restaurants, coffee shop and market across the street. It has just a sliver of an ocean view. The only down side was it’s close to the garbage shoot which can be noisy in the master bedroom.

Great location, fun hot tub, grills for cooking. Lots of pots, pans & all the dishes and cups you’ll need. Love the washer & dryer. Staff very friendly

Jan 2023 trip: Ok, to start, walking in and seeing the villa our girls jaws dropped and their faces lit up just walking in and seeing the view. That was a great feeling in itself. The Villa it absolutely stunning! The views of the sunrise every morning were out of this world. It really is enormous. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and all necessities were available. Ester the housekeeper was so very kind and warm, I enjoyed meeting her and hope to see her again soon. Illtyd was on point when we needed her. She helped us rearrange our schedule to accommodate shorter travels on excursion, and set up reservations for us for dinner. We were so great full for all of her help. If I could give more stars I would. The Villa is right in town and everything and anything you need or want is a 2-5 minute walk. The beach was about 10. It’s a perfect location. The pool is great, we only went twice just for a quick relax before dinner, but it was clean and perfect temperate. Yvonne was magnificent and communication with her was great. I will be recommending this villa to any person I know coming to St Lucia. We’ll see you soon Yvonne!! Thank you for everything!
