Sprawling limestone ranch located in the ❤ of Notre Dame country 🍀 1000 ft from the Linebacker and about a 6 min walk to the stadium! HUGE driveway to accommodate parking for all your friends and family! Very large fenced in backyard so you can bring your pups along too. Each bedroom is large and in addition to 1 king, 2 queens, we have multiple rollaway beds and air mattresses to make additional beds. Very large 4 seasons room to accommodate rollaway beds and more privacy for extra guests.

LOCATION was fantastic! A very easy walk to ND stadium and campus. The house was very clean. The kitchen was an excellent size. We had a Sat. "tailgate" brunch and we had plenty of room to prepare and serve the food. Even had a beverage bar set up. Lots of space to spread out throughout the rest of the house. We also enjoy the outdoor patio Friday night when we had a few friends over for pizza.You won't be disappointed staying here.

Walking distance to everything you'd want on game day. The place also has a well stocked kitchen to help with preparing breakfast as well as a grill. Everyone in my large group had a mattress at night. About as much as I could ask for

Perfect family home ideally located. We brought our family of 10 for a ND game weekend & birthday celebration. Walked to campus several times & thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in this sprawling house. Pamela is a perfect host and very responsive to questions and a couple minor requests. She even provided rain ponchos; thankfully not needed. Plenty of room for our 4 grandkids to play and spread out. Enjoyed the updated kitchen and variety of sleeping options.

Our host Katie - amazing communication and had a big basket of snacks and tailgate essentials waiting when we walked in. Really unique house and property, the pictures don’t do it justice. Comfortable beds, plenty of recreation space to watch games on a huge TV, play cards and ping-pong; nice kitchen with all of the essentials, plus a clear fridge to load up with food and bevs. No need for a car once arrived, 5 minutes to the backer! Very clean, plenty of towels - definitely hope to stay again.

Fantastic location. Spacious and beautiful property. Very welcoming care package for a 3 generation family of tailgaters. Comfortable beds for 6 adults (3 couples). Lots of other portable beds and air mattresses for kids or others which were located in the family room area & common area. Plenty of extra linens. Be sure to bring your own toiletries & hair dryer. Kitchen was great for warming casseroles we brought from home & pretty well stocked. Dog friendly fenced in back yard. Great areas for sitting outside.

My family was looking for a quiet location to stay while my son was racing for the weekend. This home location did not disappoint! Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, grocery stores, and of course, Notre Dame. The host had everything arranged for a keyless entry and the home was so clean! They left room in the fridge for our cooler items and to prepare meals on the electric stove. Plenty of clean towels and cooking pans/skillets were available. We had access to a grill and beautiful patio as well. We would stay again!

We needed a place to stay while in South Bend for a family reunion. Wonderful location with ND campus within walking distance & plenty of space for our family of 5 & our fur baby! My husband & kids enjoyed playing ping pong & we enjoyed the nice fenced in yard! Great communication with Pamela, she definitely made sure we were taken care of!

Wow! What a great property for our family to stay at. We rolled in from North Carolina to visit our family (Mom, brothers, cousins, etc.) and we had plenty of room and were in a great spot right off the Notre Dame campus and in between most of our SB family and friends. We can't thank you enough for the ease of the visit and are already planning to be back over the Christmas holidays. Hope to stay here again. Five Stars!

This home is very welcoming with large bedrooms! The living room is huge and the kitchen has plenty of space to cook for everyone. It's so close to campus you can walk to downtown to check out the restaurants, bars and see the campus. Will look to stay again next time we're in South Bend!
