Yaya's is a 1 minute walk to Main St and Town Center and receives 5 Star hotel quality bed and bath linens in every room. Yaya's Carriage is also available if extra room is needed. Had a terrific stay once again in Rosemary - never disappoints. House Positives: Excellent location - 1 minute walk to town and beach. Very nice ocean view - as advertised. Great deck space outside and sitting room inside. Nice shaded parking w/courtyard. Outdoor showers great for post beach. Overall house was very clean with all amenities needed for a great stay.
Issues we noticed: Spiral staircase to 3rd floor difficult to navigate with no door on upstairs bedroom. Overall house is ready for a 'refresh' across a number of issues eg: freezer drawer is broken, wood floor in side room needs refinishing, washer/drier had strong stale odor. kitchen cabinet insides have varnish smell, master shower hot water not working correctly. A very nice home, just time for some TLC.

This an outstanding property with an outstanding location. Set up of house was perfect for our family. My only suggestion for improvement would be to fix freezer drawer or replace refrigerator. Door came out and fell on the floor - could have crushed at foot. Also some exposed electrical outlets that are not safe for small children. Overall, really nice property and we would definitely come back.

Perfect location, right by beach and downtown Rosemary. Wonderful patios, childproofed which was even better for our three toddlers! Fully stocked kitchen, great closets and furnishings. So thrilled with this property.
