It is our goal to make your stay in Rosemary Beach a fantastic experience. We know that communication and attention to detail are what separates the good from the great.
Our rental rates are determined by the comparable homes directly around us. We can undercut our neighbor’s rates since we do not pay a management commission.
You will be delighted with this gorgeous SOUTH of 30-A home.
The front of the house faces one of Rosemary’s charming pedestrian wooden boardwalks. (boardwalk F).
We are very near the town center, the Western Green and the gorgeous Gulf.
4 BEDROOMS/ 5 FULL BATHROOMS plus private outdoor shower with hot water. All bedrooms have private en-suite baths.
First Floor Bedroom, Queen Bed, double trough sink, shower, TV

Second Floor Bedroom, Queen bed, tub/shower combo, TV, screened in porch
Second Floor Bunkroom, 4 extra long twin beds, tub/shower combo
There is an additional 5th full bathroom on the first floor connected to an outdoor shower.
Professionally decorated, the interior is comfortable and elegant. Mahogany French doors, custom finishes, and seagrass rugs create an upscale ambiance.
The first floor has three sets of French doors facing a pedestrian only boardwalk. Watch as people stroll or bike down the boardwalk to the beach . A front porch with a swing and additional seating are a great place to relax and watch the world go by.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, Bosch dishwasher, gas burner stove , a separate beverage fridge and custom made cabinetry. Seating for 8 at the dining table as well as counter top seating for 2.
Also on the first floor is a guestroom with a queen bed for those that prefer not to climb stairs. Crisp linens dress the bed and there is a beautiful full en suite bath. Travertine countertops, a double trough sink and a rain head shower make this bathroom a true spa experience.
There is an additional interior full bath on the first floor for everyone,( the fifth one), which has a unique connecting indoor-outdoor shower. The laundry is also conveniently located on the first floor.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, all with private en suite baths. Unlike many other Rosemary homes, no beds are built into busy hallways or under stairs. There are no roll aways , sofa beds, or futons. All beds are supplied with high quality mattresses and linens.
The master suite holds a romantic king size canopy bed .French doors lead out onto a porch with comfortable furniture. The large master bath has unique double custom made sinks, travertine floors and a large shower.
The bunk room has 4 individual custom built, extra long twin beds and an en suite bath with tub and shower. Each bunk has its own light, curtains and charging outlets. It is ideally suited for kids but we have had many happy adults sleep there as well.
The fourth guest room has a beautiful white antique queen bed and mahogany french doors leading to a screened- in porch with fans and a custom made hanging swing bed for naps. This room also has an en suite bath with tub and shower.
THIRD FLOOR
Up a spiral staircase to the third floor is an extra space with a built in daybed and a TV. It is a great space for kids to hang out or a private retreat for working. Books, games and children's movies are provided.
EXTERIOR
The back courtyard has a built in natural gas grill, comfortable dining and the sound of a soothing fountain
We chose not to build a Carriage House which is a HUGE plus for our guests. Most of Rosemary Beach homes have a garage/carriage house that is adjacent and rented separately. Unless you rent both structures, parking options are reduced. More importantly, you do not have to share outdoor space with carriage house guests . At Amsler Cottage, the exterior space is yours alone to enjoy.

Overseen by local 30A Cottages, experience contactless check in and first class service.
High grade sheets and towels as well as organic bath and toiletries are provided by the concierge. Should you need or want anything, a staff member can be on hand.
POOLS/TENNIS/FITNESS CENTER
There are 4 beautiful community pools. The two closest to us are each @ a 5 minute walk.
The tennis and fitness center are available for a fee. (Even homeowners are required to pay for these amenities).
PARKING
There are 3 available spaces on property as well as a pass provided for street parking if an additional 4th car is needed. A parking map and detailed instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. Most homes in Rosemary only have one dedicated space for the main house and one for the carriage house.
BIKES
Four adult beach cruisers are included with the house. Baskets and locks provided as well. Additional bikes can be rented.
If you have never been to the area or if this is already your happy place, we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. The Amsler cottage is absolutely beautiful. Great location being so close to the beach as well as a street over from the main area w store & restaurants. The house had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds, a bath in every room and the screened in "oasis" balcony off the upstairs bedroom was a treat for my daughter- so serene. Susan was a great owner/host and communicated with me throughout our stay. The parking spot was definitely helpful in such a tight parking area. We would absolutely stay here again.

I know exactly why this property consistently gets 5 reviews! The location can’t be beat and the owners truly have thought of everything in terms of beach stay convenience. I honestly can’t think of anything we needed that the house didn’t provide. Communication with the host was excellent. If I could give it 10 I would! Highly recommend.

Everything was truly excellent - perfect location, comfortable and beautifully decorated home. A cook’s kitchen (including actually sharp knives and a great grill) with everything we needed for cooking at the cottage. The home was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The porches were lovely. Susan is an excellent host too, with great communication and a very helpful house guide. Rosemary beach is beautiful,With a lovely beach and charming town. You will not find a nicer place to stay than Amsler Cottage!
