This space is 500 square feet of color, whimsy and fun! Your living room turns into your luxurious queen bedroom with a custom made Murphy bed. Your full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although with practically any type of cuisine right outside your front door you may never want to cook! This small space packs a powerful punch!

This space is perfect for 1 or 2 people, with queen sized Murphy bed that pulls down over the over sized couch! Enjoy your own full bathroom and Kitchen as well! Listen to some vinyl while you enjoy your morning coffee! You will enjoy plenty of storage space as well! With a plethora of restaurants just a few steps from your front door, this is the perfect crash pad for your downtown adventure!
Important to note: We do not offer WiFi at this space, however, there are many businesses nearby that offer free WiFi.
You will have the entire studio to yourself! It is just above Ding Tea!
Please note there is no designated parking for this space! There is always street parking close by and a few parking garages as well! Please factor in any parking charges when booking! The space is also within walking distance of anything you could need (restaurants, walgreens, shopping, public transport, uber, etc...).
We are very close by should you need anything! Just message or call!
Your space couldn`t be more perfectly located! You are just steps from all the restaurants and entertainment that Downtown AA has to offer. Walk to any Central Campus location from your front door. While this space does NOT offer free parking, you can find street parking and overnight lots close by!
You are just a short Uber ride from the Big house and North Campus. Uber, lyft and public transport are there whenever you need!

This apartment is located right in the middle of where you need to be if you are visiting your kid in law school. I can't speak to any other experience, but I love being right in the middle of everything. The apartment itself is very cute, including a record player, a Murphy bed, and an old card catalog. The Murphy bed is surprisingly very comfortable, although getting to it is a little challenging if you have any physical disability I would pre-plan how you're going to get on to such a high bed with the couch underneath it being in the way. Overall, I think the owners did an excellent job of setting this up so that you get the most out of such a small space. The kitchen is usable, the shower has a door rather than a curtain which I prefer, and there is seating that actually works and isn't just for show. I highly recommend this space.
