About this house rental
Large family home situated along the entrance to Emerson Bay State Park. Completely re-furnished (2005 built) home with new flooring, all new furniture, beds and décor. Lightning fast wireless internet with brand new 75" Roku T.V.s upstairs and down. Flat screen T.V.'s in the bedrooms as well. Fenced in backyard for guest privacy with two charcoal grills. For your safety and ours, there is a Google Nest Video Doorbell and is the only camera on the premises.
Master bedroom (king bed) includes master bath with double sinks and jacuzzi tub with walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. Second upper level bedroom has a queen bed with huge closet and dresser with nightstand. Third upper level bedroom has a day bed with trundle and also a closet. Lower level features another bedroom with King bed and large closet. Fifth bedroom in lower level features two bunk beds with three full beds and one twin. Both upper and lower level family rooms include couch and loveseat along with coffee & end tables. Large kitchen island and nice dining table allow for entertainment as well as a dedicated office perfect for catching up with work back home or even for kids to play board games. Located in a newer development with many new homes being built.
Located on the west side of West Lake Okoboji, this property includes direct access to the Iowa Great Lakes Bike trail as it runs along the property frontage. No need to drive to a trailhead, just hop on your bike and you are on your way!
Lake access - State Park is one block down the street via bike/walking trail. Take your doggie on a beautiful nature walk into the state park, send the kiddos down to the beach, bring your boat to launch for a day on the water. Ice Fishing? Doug was a great host. My friends and I stayed for a bachelorette trip and were welcomed into a clean home close to the beach. Doug was a great communicator and helped wud with the stove top in a very timely manner. Overall experience was 10/10 and would definitely recommend to others!
