Welcome to Caught on the Canal just steps from West Lake Okoboji off famous Miller`s Bay. This modern ranch home boast three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Open floor plan great for entertaining with a living room off the kitchen and separate family room. Enjoy the patio with fire pit area and outdoor seating/eating space. Located in Wahpeton on the West side of West Lake Okoboji across from the canal and direct access to West Lake. Some of the best fishing in the area and watch the boats go by from your front yard.

Your home away from home offers a fully stocked kitchen, formal dining space, kitchen island breakfast bar, and additional casual dining seating off living room. Cozy up in the living room in front of the fireplace, watch the boats go by or watch a movie on the smart TV. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests the well appointed bedrooms offer smart TVs and the primary offers an on-suite bathroom. Bring the kids? They will love their separate family room to hang out and play games. Bring your boat for easy access to the lake.
There is parking space for up to 4+ vehicles in the driveway.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.
This professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental is brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

This is a great place to stay for a family gathering. The kayaking and fishing was amazing! The home was beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

Great location and fully stocked for all your vacation needs. Very clean and larger than shown. The two living areas are great for families to relax. I would highly recommend and would stay again!
