Sunny days await at this two-bedroom condo near the beach! Cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows ensure that natural light floods the main living space. Days start on your private patio, cup of coffee in hand. Grab a book and wake up slow - why not? You’re on vacation. At breakfast time, the full kitchen and plenty of counter space make breakfast prep a breeze. Take advantage the condo’s private beach access or the plentiful community amenities, including a pool, kiddie pool, pool-side gazebo, playground, game room with a pool table and ping pong, shuffleboard, two tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a bocce area.
After a fun day exploring PCB, head home and get comfortable, courtesy of the central AC. Throw a load of beach clothes in the washing machine and grab a sofa in front of the flatscreen to stream your favorite shows before heading to bed upstairs in the main suite or lofted area.

Please note that there is an underground private tunnel to walk on back and forth to the beach.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sunnyside! Property is well-kept and clean. Great communication by the host! The grounds have everything you need for a great family vacation just outside your back door. Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, etc. but very a very quiet stretch of beach. Great overall and will return!

Overall a wonderful stay, would have liked a coffee maker instead of a Keurig. The sliding door didn't work very well.

The complex and beach are amazing! This condo needs updating, but has the basic things you need.

This property could be amazing. The location is wonderful. The community's private beach is awesome. The resort is beautiful and has wonderful amenities. However, this condo is in desperate need of updating and renovation. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The furniture is falling apart. The back sliding door is really difficult to open and the front door is very challenging to lock when leaving. The bath fans sound like jet engines. There is very little lighting for evenings. It is a large condo and has tons of beach equipment, which was great, but it doesn't seem to have had any maintenance done on it since it was built. It is the cheapest rental in the development for a reason. If you are only staying for location and don't need a comfortable bed, then this is the condo for you.
