Welcome to Villa La La in Seagrove. This beautifully updated beach retreat can sleep up to 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms, making it ideal for large or multiple families.
The open concept main area welcomes you with bright whites, calming neutrals, and pops of coastal blues. The front of the home includes a formal dining room that can seat 8 plus there is seating for 5 at the kitchen counter. Dine al fresco on the screened in patio as well!
The best part of the house? The private pool in the backyard. Swim the days away, relax in the Florida sunshine. Enjoy a BBQ outdoors, catch up with family and friends, and have an amazing vacation. Just one street over and you'll find your deeded beach access.
A king bedroom suite is conveniently located on the 1st floor, 3 more are up on the 2nd floor and all bedrooms have TVs. Off the 2nd floor is another outdoor living space – a great spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a family game night. The 3rd floor of this home is a private oasis with private bathroom and access to a balcony with Gulf views.

Deeded Beach Access:
From the home turn left onto Eastern Lake Road, then turn right onto S. Ryan. The beach access pergola is down this road, to the left of the pool. Take this path, turn right at the "T" and you'll see your beach access sign to take the boardwalk to your access.

Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the home. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This property was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of room for kids and adults. We loved the private pool and socialized a lot in the screened porch. Numerous decks allowed for private reading time.A quick walk (about 3 city blocks) to the private beach with our kids and all beach necessities. Beautiful white sand! Chair and umbrella rental available.The kitchen was well supplied. I loved having pans and utensils that were similar to my own.Great bedding and pillows and plenty of extra pillows and fleece blankets for snuggling.The breakfast counter seats 5 in the kitchen. A large table in the dining room comfortably seats about 10 but we ate most of our meals on the screen porch.Pool was serviced just before we arrived and once during the week. There is also a poolside outdoor shower. Kids loved a nighttime swim with glow sticks. Also did a glow stick walk on the beach!We were able to walk for ice cream, coffee and other treats. A number of fun restaurants and venues close to the Villa. Bike and other rentals within walking distance. Also a trail head for a State park and walking trail.We had a couple small issues that were addressed by management within 24 hours.We may be returning to Villa La La

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La La - Everything was beautiful, The location is fabulous, I love that it is tucked away and it quiet Neighborhood. The beach access was so easy & Few stairs to get down to the ocean! Benchmark is a really amazing group to work with. They are quick to answer. They are quick to show up and we will be booking with them for our third year in a row next year.!!! The house has everything you need. It is wonderful for large families!!

Overall a good vacation. A few issues with the house. We had stayed there the previous 2 summers. Location and parking good. Pool dirty when we got there at 5:00 Saturday afternoon. I reported it immediately. The next day I received an email saying they cleaned the pool on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The garbage disposal broke while we were there. Leaked all under sink. The man came to fix it but it broke again the next day. He fixed it a little that time. There was no can opener in the kitchen. The electric garbage can did not work. Man was trying to fix the dishwasher when we arrived and tried to fix the garbage can but could not.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was absolutely wonderful. Tucked behind the main road and so close to the beach access and streets you could walk on with a stroller and a kiddo on a bike. This was the highlight of our mornings and evenings to go on walks. It was so quiet. There wasn't much occupancy immediately around us so that kept things tranquil. For a family with three small children (ages 5,2 and 1), the trek to the beach was actually quite pleasant. The landscaping on the walk gives you an established neighborhood feel so you are already feeling relaxed on your way there. There was a small flight of steps to get down to the beach but nothing we couldn't handle (even with a wagon full of stuff). The beach itself wasn't packed and it was beautiful. There was a small lagoon down the way the kids played in for a day. That was great when the tides were strong in the ocean. The house was a perfect layout for us. We have small kids and having normal door openings for baby gates helped a ton. The bedrooms were great! Plenty of space for us all. Our daughter loved having one of the the bunk rooms all to herself. The only requests we would have would be to have more lounge furniture on the back porch, like a couch and coffee table. A latch for the back porch screen door (looked like it might have had one at one point). And lounge chairs for pool that you can lay on. No complaints though. Everything was great! We absolutely loved this place!
