Or if you’re in need of a refreshing splash, don’t hesitate to visit the community outdoor pool and kiddie pool! Then, come back home to take a rejuvenating shower while the washer/dryer combo takes care of your swimming suits in the blink of an eye.

From May 15-September 30, guests must pay a $35 non-refundable building registration fee at check-in. An additional $35.00 is required for a second car, and space is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We have always stayed at condos at the Rainbow. The staff here is great! Being close to the beach and having a pool was great for having young children. We have stayed in different condos at the Rainbow but this penthouse one was our favorite. The owners keep this place very nice and they had extra beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. They also had movies and books.

For a large family this space (size) is wonderful. The views are incredible. The building was quiet.
The room needs SERIOUS refurbishing. The carpets were stained, furniture dirty and stained, bed clothes stained. This space gas such amazing potential, but for the price, but can you ask that price for stain-ridden furniture, carpets, and linens. Please invest in updates, as I am sure it will do you well!
