About this apartment rental
Newly remodeled 2 bd 1 ba, 2nd floor condo just a few short steps from the beach! Our well appointed, bright and beachy unit is in a quiet setting, but close to all that Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer...sunrises, surfing, rocket launches, cruise terminals just to name a few. Come bury your toes in the sand!

We had such a great stay at the Beach Bum! Everything in the condo was perfect! The design, colors, feel - so comfy and fun. My boys LOVED the chair!!! And it had everything we could possibly need - beach gear, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. ☀️

The condo appears to have been remodeled in the last couple of years, looked just like the pictures and was pretty much spotless when we checked in. The beach was a short walk away – about 1 ½ blocks and the condo had all of the items you needed for a day at the beach; beach chairs, towels, mats and a beach umbrella. The amenities were above and beyond expectation!
James kept us well informed about our reservation and Nana, the on-site property manager, also was very helpful -- she checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had all of the supplies we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay!
