About this apartment rental
Quiet, furnished end unit condo, 3rd floor Unit in Colonial House. Walking/Biking distance to the Beach, Manatee Park, Boat ramps and great restaurants. The Condo has a Pool, as well as nice views, and easy parking (with parking permit). Only 30 minutes away from Orlando International Airport. 40 minutes away from Theme and Amusement parks ( Disney World , Universal Studios, Sea World , and more ). Kennedy Space Center is about 15 minutes away. Great for corporate/business lodging, vacation, or winter relaxation. No smoking in or around building, or in Condo, designated smoking spots available outside. Beach chairs and beach towels are available.

Great place for price. Loved the location very close to everything. We loved the beach, space center, Wizard of Oz museum and the great food choices on the beach. Cocoa beach and Cape Canaveral is an great area to visit. Condo was perfect for us one complaint was the pool was not heated so very cold. Kids didn't mind.

Donna is the nicest, most accommodating, and most communicative host I’ve ever had. I stayed here for 11 weeks and the property has everything you’ll ever need to cook, clean, relax, and go to the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Do not hesitate—book this property! :D

I expected it to be people vacationing to an apartment building. Therefore I met no one either coming or going. Also the many condos I have rented have had laundry in each unit. The water was shut off 4 times in one month. The owners were very nice and had supplied the essentials very well and I hope they can find places to purchase for their investments that are geared more for people who are temporarily looking for meeting new people from other parts of the country. Seems to be no activities near by for the older generation.
