You'll feel relaxed in the comfort and convenience of this modern, fully-furnished 4th-floor, two-bedroom, one-bath corner condo (693 sqft plus two lanais with tables and chairs, for a total of 910 sqft) at the Regency on Beachwalk, right in the heart of Waikiki and steps from the best beaches, fun outdoor activities, top restaurants, night life, unparalleled shopping at Waikiki Beach Walk, and just across the street from Ka La'i Waikiki Beach Hotel!
The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like BLT Steak Waikiki, Roy's, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin-operated washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block to the beach!

This property is perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, shops and so much more. Check-in process was smooth and easy. We rented a vehicle and the parking pass provided made everything perfect. Would easily stay here again.

Very clean unit, good amenities for cooking, beach, and quiet at night. Great location!! Close to the beach, plenty of nightlife and a bonus view of the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton! Easy check in with property manager, nice that there was usually someone at the desk downstairs (this unit is not affiliated with that business but they were helpful nonetheless). Made our long Easter weekend that much more enjoyable!

The property was in a very good location. Easy to find but there were a few negative things that were not satisfactory;The property manager was at times non responsive even though I see that he read the messages. Advised that we were on our way to the unit- advised that he was not working that day and to call another number. Didn't have courtesy to advise us before I contacted him to let him know we are on our way. Asked about the safe-no response until I followed up ; Advised him my husband almost cut himself as there was a broken coil potruding from the bed, no response. Advised that my pass key was not working and how to get it reactivated-no response. What's the point of having a property manager? Also the bag storage is an issue, store baggage locations pretty inconvenient if you're elderly and have heavy luggage (better off renting directly with Regency).
