The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

Property was in an excellent location. Easy to walk to shopping and beaches. Clean and well maintained. Worked well for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze and free parking was helpful and convenient. Laundry onsite was a great plus as well. Overall, great stay and would book again with this host.

It is nice location the picture showing on the actual place look like. It is very convenient in and out and also there was a parking space available not at the same building but it’s just a block away. I wish there was some cooking seasoning or cooking oil available. Also, there was no scissor in the kitchen we can use.

I'm giving it a 3 star review because it felt more like a hotel than a home. This need to be updated & made to feel cleaner. for the amount we paid. I just felt unhappy with what I spent. Thanks.. JerryB
