This house's location, right on the beach, is absolutely fantastic. And the elevator was a huge bonus for transporting heavy items to the main/upper floor. The house (kitchen especially) is very well equipped for cooking. Two spacious decks for lounging to the sound of waves. Great TVs . The view from the extra-large jacuzzi cannot be beat! Beautiful sunrises and even a front balcony to watch the sunset over the horizon.
However, the furniture (torn sofa), sheets (torn and worn), water heater (no pressure/ran out of hot), ice dispenser (inoperable) and external doors (stuck/did not close completely) all need updating/repair. And the front of the house is RIGHT SMACK ON A1A, so be aware if you've got a dog or small children -- there is no playing in front of the house.
Yes, the salt water is tough on a house but for the price paid per night, we expected everything to work well. Management team was very responsive and empathetic, but could not fix during the holidays (2021). I'm sure they will fix everything. If you can "live with" the quirks, it's a nice house in a spectacular location.
