The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

We stayed with a group of 7 people (4 adults,3 kids). There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is roomier then the pictures make it seem. Overall our stay and Krain was great. We had some issues with the water being turned off a few nights(including the first night we arrived). Krain didn't let us know what was causing the water issues but we heard there were water rationing happening from some locals or it might very been the construction nextdoor causing the issue. Either way I wish Krain would have let us know and been more transparent.That being said I would rent this house again in the future.

By chance, we were lead to this lovely home rental through Krain management. We certainly experienced good fortune unexpectedly which is the definition of serendipity. This home is decorated beautifully, is comfortable, perfect for large families or shared with friends, easy walk to the beach, pool fun and large fully equipped kitchen. Krain management was delightful to work with (specifically Tony). They cared very much about the happiness of our stay. I highly recommend this property and management group.

Very clean with a great layout. Pool was nice. The house wasnt marked at all and our driver had trouble finding it. The alarm didn't work appropriately. Trouble with 2 of the air-conditioners. One was fixed that day but the other never was. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked because there was no cable or streaming capabilities. Bad smell in the laundry room but washer and dryer was super nice. Some more dish towels and bath towels would be nice. Had to wash them during the week because there weren't enough. A sheet listing how things worked and local stores and restaurants would be nice. Usually have these at all the other VRBO places I have stayed.
A great place but someone just needs to be sure everything works and pay attention to the details.

The villa is nice, great layout, clean, spacious. The pool area could use some love but is OK. The major challenge is that there are 3 construction sites next door with noise from 7am to 4pm! It does impact the pura vida mind set!
