**Casa Tinto: Gated Luxury Estate with 300° Ocean Views, Playa Grande**
Perched at the back of 1.5 private acres, Casa Tinto commands 300 degrees of sweeping Pacific and mountain views — the kind of views that turn each sunset into an event. This gated, single-level, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury home sits just a short walk from town, wrapped in tropical dry forest and bordering Las Baulas National Park. Howler monkeys call from the canopy, wildlife wanders past occasionally and your private infinity-edge pool frames it all.
**The Home**
Step through sliding glass doors into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with volume ceilings, exposed wood beams, and ocean views from every angle. The gourmet kitchen is built for real cooking: a breakfast bar, oversized island, stainless steel appliances, an extra-large refrigerator, granite counters, and rich wood cabinetry.
The primary suite is a retreat of its own, with a soaking tub and a spacious walk-in shower. Each additional bedroom comes with its own en-suite bath and quality linens — ready for you after a day of surfing, fishing, or exploring. A pool-access bathroom means guests can rinse off without tracking through the house.
Outside, the terrace is where this home really shines: loungers and a sofa area by the pool, a dining table, and a full outdoor kitchen with oven — all overlooking the refreshing infinity pool and amazing Playa Grande sunset. Surf racks, outdoor showers, and a ping-pong table round out the outdoor amenities.
Modern comforts are all here too: high-speed internet, a 65" smart TV, a Sonos sound system, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Casa Tinto sits within a quiet residential pocket of Playa Grande, home to full-time neighbors — so we ask guests to keep noise down after 10pm and before 6am. Beyond Playa Grande's own beach, you're within a 20-minute drive of several other stunning beaches, plus nearby hiking and biking trails, a gym and yoga studio, tennis, and a good mix of restaurants and bars. Liberia International Airport is about an hour away.
**Service**
Housekeeping is included twice weekly for stays of a week or longer, with additional service available on request. And every Grande Vacation Rentals guest gets complimentary concierge support from our Guest Services team— from rental cars and airport transfers to tours, private chefs, and in-home spa treatments. Whatever makes your trip smoother, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen.

Well stocked house, great pool and layout with kids. Location allows walking to the bottom of the hill to some good places to eat as well as a bit further to the ocean.

Gorgeous place, amazing location, most beautiful place we stayed in during our stay. We loved this home. So clean, new fresh linens, quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. Loved it!! Would def recommend!

We had a wonderful one week stay with our two teenage boys. The home is beautiful and spacious and we loved the backyard property with the gorgeous pool and even more gorgeous view. The BBQ was great and convenient. It is about a ten minute drive to Playa Grande which is a beautiful untouched quiet beach. It’s even better than the pictures.
