This condo is absolutely gorgeous, stunning, and beautiful! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The condo was super clean and so spacious. The property too was gorgeous and we loved the pools! We definitely plan to return to 402C! Absolutely beautiful!

First of all, they will send you 40 emails per day between the time you book and your stay—awful. Secondly, they’re not kidding when (in those 40 million emails per day) they constantly remind you that they provide you with nothing, not even hand soap—absurd. Third, you have to do a three point turn to get in and out of the parking lot. With all the drunk folks around the condo, I’m surprised my car didn’t get hit. And the elevator smelled like they sprayed it down with some cheap bath and body works junk—inescapable. But outside of that, for the value, I really should have stayed elsewhere. I stay in a hotel about 200 nights per year, and this was significantly worse than staying in a comparable hotel. But the biggest bummer was that an employee rang the doorbell and required entrance to the condo, without any notice, because he said he needed to check (not change) the air filter. And he acted like we were strange for being hesitant to give him access to the condo. Why not have your employees do this after you require us to leave the property at an insanely early checkout time? The time to check air filters is AFTER we’ve done all the departure prep work that a maid should be doing…aka once we’ve left the premises.
