Cypress Breeze plantation is located 1/2 mile from the Emerald Coast and a speedy trip to Ed Walline public beach. There is plenty of parking with plenty to do! There are terrific restaurants, ice cream shops, brewery, shopping, golf and local art at Gulf Place. Seaside is 5 miles down 30A with free shuttle service during the summer or take the beach cruisers down the path along the coast! Included with this home beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, beach shade tent, a cooler and a full-service coffee bar making your vacation easy and stress free!
The beautiful gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and offers a large dining table. Outside there is a dining table and grill. The large backyard is plenty big for fun and yard games! There is a television in the family room, master room and 3rd floor bedroom and the 14,000 square foot resort pool is incredible! For your comfort and peace of mind, all linens, duvets and pillow covers are sanitized after every stay. This Entire House is ready to give you the Vacation you've dreamed of!

The home is located off Hwy 393 and less than a mile from Hwy 30A. Ed Walline Beach, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee, Yolo Bikes, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Pizza by the Sea and retail shopping are just minutes away!
NOTE: You must be 28 to book and stay at this property, smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed under any circumstances other than a service animal required due to a disability.
Additional $50 per day for pool heat above 80 degrees.
Guest receives full refund (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Amazing home, amazing hosts, amazing neighborhood & location. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and you can tell they take pride in their home. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Blue Pearl is absolutely beautiful. The correspondence for booking & arriving was easy to secure and navigate. The location is perfection- in a quaint & safe neighborhood. The private / community pool was amazing, not too crowded & so vast. The proximity to the beach was great & having access to the golf cart & all the beach amenities right in garage made beach days perfect for our group of eight of various ages. Can’t wait to come back! Memories at Blue Pearl are sure to last a lifetime.

Our family has been to a few different Florida destinations and this time we wanted more relaxation on the beach and less of the theme park tourist traps. This location allows for the relaxation but still has some great eating establishments nearby. The home itself is beautiful with plenty of space to sprawl out both inside and out. Everything was clean and you can tell they care about the property. Management couldn't have done a better job either. Thank you Blue Pearl!
