This Second floor 2500 sq Ft Condo is located in a very quiet corner of the Vineyards.
The split floor plan is great for guests or for family members .
The lanai offers a large TV, sofa and a chair
The Pool & Hot tub are steps away.

Getting around Naples is easy enough.
The Beach is approximately 4 miles , Downtown 5th Avenue is approximately 9 miles South,
Mercado is approximately 2 mile West it offers Upscale Dining & Shopping As well as a Movie Theater.

The Vineyards is a Very Upscale Community with a nearby Shopping Center .5 miles where you will find a Publix Supermarket ,UPS Store , Restaurants , a hair salon and a Crunch Gym as well .

This property was perfectly located in Naples for easy access to shopping and activities. The unit was well stocked and a show piece of art. The Tuscany community could not have been nicer and more welcoming to my wife and I. Great vacation with no issues. Well done Mark and thank you.
