Ease of locating the property. The property was in a vey good location no more that 20 minutes from any location. Very easy as far as entry to the condo. Pavlin was always attentive to our requests and questions.

Everything was wonderful! The condo was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The owner, Pavlin, responded promptly and graciously to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend renting this property!!

We had a great month. It was refreshing to rent a condo that was brand new. It was obviously just remodeled, all furnishings were new, and all kitchen utensils were well furnished and new. I'm not sure if we were the first to rent since the remodel but it sure seemed like it. The furniture was very comfortable, and the TVs were huge.
The neighborhood and community pool is very nice. The location is pretty central, good access to I-75. RSW, Naples, Marco Island and beaches are all a short drive.
Because we golf and bike, it would had been nice to have the garage to store some of these things but the condo was so big, we had plenty of room to store everything. The garage would have been nice to Park a 2nd car but the auxiliary parking by the community pool wasn't the end of the world.
We had the dryer break down and a few other typical issues. As we all know, things like this can happen. The owner was exceptionally responsive and resolved every issue the same day. When the dryer broke down in the afternoon of New Year's Eve, he actually got the dryer replaced on New Year's Day.
All in all, we were very satisfied and would certainly rent here again.
