About this house rental
Two bedroom, two bath home on Apache Wells golf course. Mountain views. Recently remodeled Kitchen and Living room area. Open concept. Back of home faces East on hole #11. 20 minutes from PHX International airport. During the Winter season we require a minimum 30+ night stay or longer. We are not a management company and we take pride in making sure our home is clean and ready for every guest. John and Joy are excellent hosts. Here are a few highlights: nice patio with mountain and golf course views. Very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen facilities. Comfortable living room furniture with large TV. Carport. Easy access from hwy 202.
